12 week Coaching Program Overview

This 12-week coaching program provides a personalized approach to supporting your health, strength, and overall well-being.

All plans are customized based on your individual needs, lifestyle, and goals.

Your program includes a comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle strategy designed to support:

• Metabolic health and overall wellness
• Reduction of inflammation
• Gut health support
• Hormonal balance (including PCOS, peri/post menopause, low testosterone)
• Increase energy levels
• Support for weight management and body composition goals
• Development of lean muscle and strength
• Long-term health and longevity
• A greater sense of alignment and well-being

• This program goes beyond nutrition and fitness. We incorporate behavioral change, mindset, and personal development to support sustainable habits and long-term lifestyle shifts.

8 coaching sessions (45 minutes, via zoom or in person). 

The 1st coaching session is longer than the rest, ~2 hours where we go through a comprehensive questionnaire and assessment. This allows me to get to know you, your present health status, your past health history, and ensures for a personalized and strategic approach

Following the initial session, a tailored plan is developed specifically for you. I develop your customized nutrition, health/wellness plan that fits your lifestyle Plan development includes analysis of lab work, medication/s, supplements and also factors in other health/career/lifestyle related information shared. The time it takes to develop the plan is 1-2 weeks from the 1st coaching session. 

The 1st month we meet once a week.

After month 1, the coaching sessions are every other week

At each coaching session we discuss your progress. I assess what is working, what is not working, I provide guidance and make changes & modifications to your plan as needed.

The coaching sessions provide structure, accountability, keep you on track, provide you with tools and strategies and continuous guidance. I will make modifications to the plan periodically when necessary so you do not waste time trying different things on your own that are not getting you results and leave you frustrated. 

All coaching sessions are to be used within the 12 week program period. 

You will receive a shared document that includes:

• Session summaries
• Plan updates, modifications and recommendations
• Clear action steps

Updates are provided within 24 hours after each session.

This document will also be where you will communicate with me with updates from your end.

You will have access to me via email, Monday-Friday throughout the program to ask any questions related to the plan (response time to reply within 24 hours)

Meet your Coach

Dr. Sofia Ghani

Sofia Ghani began her career in healthcare as a clinical pharmacist, where she developed a deep understanding of how the body works and what drives long-term health.

In 2010, she transitioned into health coaching after discovering her passion for helping women take control of their health before it becomes a crisis. Her work focuses on supporting women in improving their strength, energy, and overall well-being, while addressing the lifestyle and behavioral patterns that impact long-term health.

For over 15 years, Sofia has worked with thousands of women, from teenagers to women in their 90s, guiding them toward meaningful, sustainable changes. She is known for simplifying health by identifying the key areas to focus on first, allowing clients to make progress without overwhelm.

Her approach goes beyond physical health. By integrating mindset & behavior change, she helps women build habits that support consistency, confidence & long-term results.

Her mission is to empower women to understand their bodies, take ownership of their health, and ultimately fall in love with taking care of themselves.
